Casting information is slowly trickling in about the Day of the Dead remake. Ving Rhames is set to star, but not reprising the role he played in the Dawn of the Dead remake, instead he is set to play Captain Rhodes. Mena Suvari, from American Beauty, is cast to play Sarah and Nick Cannon as Salazar.Steve Miner, director of Lake Placid and Halloween H20, is going to helm the project.
