Christmas Lights

Yes, honey, I did hang the Christmas lights. I know, it did seem awfully quick.

Analog Retirement

Mug Shot Metamorphosis

"Meet Michael Campbell, before and after. The Colorado man has a long rap sheet and prison history, though you probably could have guessed that based on the below mug shots. In the "before" photos, Campbell is seen following a 2003 theft arrest in Jefferson County, Colorado. The "after" photos were snapped about six weeks ago, when Campbell was again popped and jailed at the Jefferson County lockup. Though he has been in and out of custody between 2003 and 2008, Campbell, 33, apparently used his infrequent time on the street to aggressively supplement his facial and neck art. It is unclear, however, why his ears, to date, have been left untouched. But that polka-dotted bow tie (at least we think it's a bow tie) was a wonderful addition."

Anti-Theft Lunch Bag

"Stealing your co-worker's lunch is a downright contemptible act, that is, if it's perpetrated by someone other than you. But, if you've ever had your lunch stolen, you know the the frustration and anger it causes. You know the revenge and ill-will it inspires. And you know that no matter how well you try to hide your lunch bag at the back of the refrigerator, something's gonna be missing when you open it. Well, lament no more. The Anti-Theft Lunch Bag to the rescue . . ."

Living Chucky Dolls Invade Times Square

"Passersby gawked, laughed and sneered at the six fully-grown flame-haired ‘dolls’ who crossed roads and stalked street corners brandishing butcher’s knives.
Each Chucky wore the horror film character’s trademark blue dungarees and striped long-sleeve T-shirt.
The eye-catching stunt was designed to promote the release of Child’s Play, Chucky’s 20th Birthday Edition DVD."

The Cassette Tape Skeleton

"Cassette tapes are near extinction, considering CDs, DVDs, Blue Ray and other innovative disk coming along. And the following skeleton is one wacky creation for this statement. The creation belongs to Brian Dettmer, I guy famous for altering common media such as old books, maps, record albums, and cassette tapes and transforming them into works of art. The following skeleton is currently on display at the International Museum of Surgical Science."

Yoda The Cat

"If Batman had a cat, it would probably look something like this.

The household pet, named Yoda, was born with an extra set of ears.

Valerie and Ted Rock took him in two years ago after visiting a bar near their home in Chicago, where he was being passed round by curious drinkers.

He was one of a large litter and the owners were looking for a home for him."

Zombie Boy

"Rick is turning himself into a zombie. So far, more than 24 hours of tattoos – costing over £4,075 Canadian – have got him halfway there and made him a minor celebrity on the internet, where people can’t decide if he’s a body modification visionary or mentally ill sicko.

We caught up with Rick for an exclusive interview and photoshoot to see what life is like when you’re transforming yourself into the living dead."

So You Think Star Wars Can Dance?

This is bad on so many levels:

"Somehow you just know George Lucas was very excited when this idea was brought up to him.

“Star Wars Weekends” at Disney’s Hollywood Studios features a dance off competition with such iconic characters as Chewbacca, Princess Leia and even the Dark Lord of the Sith himself, Darth Vader.

Star Wars FanBoys be ready to have all your dreams crushed.
