Tattoos aren't practical in the first place, so I don't see what the problem is. :P

Good point, no they aren't very practical at all, especially blacklight tattoos.
I can think of 2 times in the past 5 years that I was under a blacklight, both of those times were at Universal Studios hopping parks.
If I'm going through the expense and pain of getting a tattoo, I'd like to impress more than just the 2 old ladies manning the gate of a theme park. ;-)
